SUPPORT YOUR PRACTICE

Creative companions for art journaling

Alongside the videos, I’ve created a small collection of tactile and downloadable resources to support a slow, intuitive art journaling practice.

There’s no need to buy anything to begin — these are simply here if having materials, prompts, or printed resources helps you settle more deeply into the work.

These offerings are intended as companions,

not requirements.

BOTANICAL ENVELOPE.jpg

I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, from gathering papers and materials, to making books and pages.

It has been so inspirational and given me the opportunity to look at making books and journals in a new way.  It has supported a need I felt to be more creative.

A NOTE ON HOW THIS WORK IS SHARED

This page gathers together my archived art journaling teaching — shared as a beginner-friendly, resource for anyone starting or returning to their creative practice. The lessons were originally taught as paid classes and are now being released publicly as a slow, supportive archive. There’s no right way to move through them, no expectation to keep up, and no need to be “good” at anything to begin.
